Lendr is a small business financing platform based in Chicago that
helps entrepreneurs find and apply for business loans.

Before FTO

Lendr’s proprietary software platform allows agents to process loans in a secure environment. The agent team is divided into two sets – one focused on submitting deals while the other processes loans. However, there are many days when one team is so inundated the work piles up. This only worsens when an agent is out, and it’s difficult to catch up.

FTO Solutions

.Cross training to the rescue! All agents, FTO included, underwent training in factoring loans and deals submissions.


This method paid off. Now, whenever deals start piling up, FTO agents - in collaboration with a few internal members of the factoring team 0 are able to quickly step in and make sure to ease backlog concerns.


Since everyone knows each other’s processes, this is a seamless transition and all agents are ready to lend each other a helping hand
