Expanding our Impact on Fair Trade Outsourcing Employees
Since its inception, several employees have been approved for a Zero-Interest Microloan for Business.
Two agents have a PisoNet shop, another agent is expanding her small sari-sari store, and one agent has already put up his own convenience store. All these budding entrepreneurs have made their dreams of capital ownership come true through the company's Zero-Interest Microloan for Business program.
Our Zero-Interest Microloan Program, also known as Motors for Progress, have helped our employees optimize their time.
Our agents who live outside of the city were able to shorten the time they spend on the road and increase their personal time for other important things. With a motor of their own, our agents have the freedom to take a shorter and safer route to wherever they want to go.
We have helped more than 50 employees raise their English Proficiency levels and earn more in the process.
Our agents undergo a cycle of learning experiences and benchmark tests that enable them to build their capacity and uplevel. Achievement is linked to compensation and will qualify them to take on higher level work and progress in life.
Through our Catastrophe Assistance Program, we have made it easier for our employees to receive financial assistance in times of calamity, death in the family, and medical emergency.
This program takes away the financial burden of paying for medical costs that were excluded from public health insurance and HMO coverage. It also eases the pain and grief of losing a loved one or losing one's home to a fire by giving the agent and his or her family the financial assistance to help them cope with such a tragedy.
